When I resigned from my previous company, my salary increment was due that very month. But instead of an increment, I received a deduction.
I was someone who never took unapproved leave, never missed work without notice, and gave my 100% every day. Still, when I requested my final salary slip, the HR department avoided the request and never provided it.

👉 Sometimes, no matter how much effort you put in, you won’t always get fairness in return.

That day taught me:

To all professionals out there, do your best, stay ethical, and let time reward you. Because neither HRs are permanent, nor are our job titles.
