𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. When I resigned from my previous company, my salary increment was due that very month. But instead of an increment, I received a deduction. I was someone who never took unapproved leave, never missed work without notice, and gave my 100% every day. Still, when I requested my final salary slip, the HR department avoided the request and never provided it. 𝗔𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: 👉 Sometimes, no matter how much effort you put in, you won’t always get fairness in return. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀. 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗽, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗜 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. That day taught me: “𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.” To all professionals out there, do your best, stay ethical, and let time reward you. Because neither HRs are permanent, nor are our job titles. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿. 💚

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 “𝗕𝘂𝗴” 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 In the world of #web and #software #development, the word “𝗯𝘂𝗴” is far more than just a technical term it’s an 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 that means something unique to everyone on the team. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗤𝗔 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: it validates their attention to detail and proves their critical role in ensuring software quality. Each bug found is a tangible sign that their vigilance is making a difference. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀, however, the word “bug” can feel like a red flag. It signals a problem that needs urgent attention-something that disrupts the flow, demands a fix, and sometimes even sparks a bit of frustration. Debugging becomes their next mission, as they dive into code to identify, isolate, and resolve the issue. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀, hearing about a bug often means recalibrating project timelines, shifting priorities, and updating clients. It’s a reminder that software development is as much about managing expectations and communication as it is about writing code. This light-hearted image perfectly captures these varied reactions and serves as a reminder: tech isn’t just about code-it’s about people, teamwork, and how each role responds to challenges. Whether you’re fixing bugs, finding them, or managing the chaos they cause, we’re all in this together. #WebDevelopment #TechLife #Teamwork #BugLife #QALife #ProjectManagement #SoftwareHumor #WordPress #Shopify #QuaidVentures #itsmehassanofficial
